After years of toying with the idea of getting a gym membership we decided to do it. Why now, well because the YMCA was offering a discounted income-based membership and waved the joining fee this weekend. We figured we would give it a try and Alivia is so exicted, as am I. I am ready to get back into shape... group workout classes here I come (as long as Alivia and Nolan like the childwatch).
"I want to go in the Baby pool with those kids and those people (random family- mom, dad, and 2 kids), and daddy!" Big sentence for Alivia and oh so sweet (she is starting to talk SO much and expand on her vocabulary like crazy). She is darling! She loves to swim and she loves her daddy
"Mama, What are these?" Pointing to lockers. I say "lockers" and she responds "Who lives in them". haha. :) Too funny
"Look, Mama", pointing to a scale in the locker room and I say "yes, a scale". She asks me in a very serious voice, "where's the Doctor?". I had to explain that sometimes people want to weigh themselves outside doctor's offices and that the YMCA is not a doctor's office.
