I plan to start homeschool in less than a month for the kiddos! Woohoo! I am excited and was a bit overwhelmed. If you're wondering why I would be overwhelmed to home school a preschool year, it is mainly because I didn't know how I was going to stay focused enough to get through each week. I hopefully came up with an organized plan on how to do just that. Each Sunday, I plan to sit down and go over the schedule. I will put the needed items I will use, for the week, in a box so as not to have to scramble each day for what I need. Along with the weekly box idea, I put together a home school binder. It's a mini binder, so it will be easy to lug around where ever I need it. Have I mentioned how much I love mini binders?! I have (much) more that I will add to the binder once I actually start the school year, but for now I am happy with my start. I truly believe that with these resources, I can stay on track for A & N's preschool year and avoid becoming super overwhelmed. As a side note: I also plan to be ok with not getting through everything I plan since A & N are still young, especially the mr. since he is only (a few days shy of) 2.
